New Zealand Nature Company has over 10 years experience of successfully delivering 1000’s upon 1000’s of boots to the Northern Hemisphere – we just ‘pop’ them over the equator!

In most cases, we process and send your order the same day we receive it. Each order is insured, fast freighted and will be delivered by your local postal service. We make every effort to send your boots quickly and securely.

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Guarantee and Returns

It’s our goal for you to love your boots.

If you have any questions about your boots please email us or call us. Our helpful, friendly Customer Care team will answer any questions you have. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we can exchange or refund. It’s that simple.

Boots must be returned in new condition, within 90 days of order date and we’ll promptly exchange them or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

If you are returning the boots for exchange (eg. wrong size), it is your expense to get them back to us. If the problem is our fault, we will pay the return postage to us, but you must contact us first.

The Small Print

Pricing fluctuations

In some instances there may be small variations to the price shown on your credit card statement from the price you have paid for your boots (usually just a few pence/cents and can often work in your favour). This is because of the time delay, and subsequent exchange rate fluctuation, between the day we charge your card and the day your credit card company charges your account. A surcharge may also be added by some credit card companies for international currency transactions. Despite the fact that we adjust the daily exchange rate in favour of the customer to try and prevent any apparent overcharges, this is something we cannot control.

Customs Duty and Sales Taxes

Some countries employ random checks on parcels and if you are unlucky you may need to pay a small percentage of the value of the boots as a tax to your government. Any customs charges or sales taxes upon entry to your country are excluded from our prices.
